These terms apply to this website and to the products and services of Wise Life Enterprises LLP (LLPIN ACO-6729), trading as Wise Life Energy Solutions, Studio Unit 602, 74 Downtown, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra 411045 ("we", "us"). By using the website or sending us an enquiry, you agree to them.

Our services

We supply and install PuREPower lithium backup systems. We help you choose a system, send quotations, visit your site, install the system and provide after-sales service.

Information on this website

Product details, prices and calculator results on this website are general guidance. They are not an offer or a guarantee of performance. Your actual backup time and system size depend on your load, wiring and site, which we confirm during the site visit.

Quotations

A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. It shows the products, quantities, prices and taxes that apply. Prices may change after a site visit if the site needs different equipment, cabling or work, and we will send you a revised quotation before any change applies.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when you accept a quotation and we receive any advance payment it requires. Payment terms are stated on the quotation and invoice. We issue GST invoices for all sales. Products remain our property until they are paid for in full.

Site visits and installation

Please give our team safe access to the installation area and let us know about any existing electrical issues. We may take photos of the site and installation for our records and quality checks, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Installation dates are estimates. We will keep you informed if a date changes because of stock, weather, site readiness or other causes outside our control.

Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty on the terms supplied with the product. Any warranty we give on our own installation work is stated on your quotation or invoice. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised changes or repairs, faulty building wiring, or events such as floods, fire or lightning.

Cancellations and returns

You can cancel an order before the products are dispatched, subject to any charges stated on the quotation. Products that have been installed, or ordered specially for you, cannot be returned except under warranty.

Our liability

We take care in our work, but to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of business or data. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

When you send an enquiry, you agree that we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about it. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Using this website

Please use the website lawfully and do not try to disrupt it. The content, design and logos on it belong to us or our partners and may not be copied without permission. Links to other services, such as WhatsApp, are governed by their own terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute.
