Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Wise Life Enterprises LLP collects, why, who we share it with and the choices you have. It applies to this website, to enquiries you send us by form, WhatsApp, phone or email, and to the services we provide as customers. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Who we are

Wise Life Enterprises LLP (LLPIN ACO-6729, GSTIN 27AAFFW2524C1ZG), trading as Wise Life Energy Solutions, Studio Unit 602, 74 Downtown, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra 411045, India. We decide how your personal data is used. You can reach us at hello@wiselifee.com or on WhatsApp at +91 77967 11722.

What we collect

  • Enquiries: your name, phone number, city or region, property type, whether you have solar, the product you are interested in, and the estimates from our backup calculator.
  • Website use: the pages you visit, buttons you press and steps you complete in our enquiry and calculator flows. A random session ID is kept in your browser's local and session storage to link these steps. We do not use advertising cookies.
  • As a customer: your address, quotations, orders, invoices, GST details where you give them, and records of installation and service.
  • Site visits: photos of the installation location (for example the meter, wiring and mounting area), stamped with the date, time and location, taken by our staff with your consent.
  • Calls and messages: some sales calls are recorded and analysed for quality and training. We tell you at the start of the call, and you can ask us not to record. We also keep the WhatsApp, email and phone conversations you have with us.

Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiry, size a system and send you a quotation.
  • To plan site visits, install and service your system and handle warranty claims.
  • To issue invoices and meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations.
  • To check and improve the quality of our sales and service, including staff training.
  • To understand how our website is used and make it work better.

We use your data on the basis of the consent you give when you contact us, and for the legitimate uses the law allows, such as providing a service you asked for and meeting legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who work for us under contract, and only what they need:

  • Naya Growth, which runs this website and receives website enquiries and usage events for us.
  • Google Workspace, for our email, documents and Google Drive customer records.
  • Our customer management system (Pulse, by Estate Autopilots), which runs on servers we control.
  • Sales X-Ray (Authority Closers), which analyses recorded sales calls for us.
  • WhatsApp (Meta), when you message us there.
  • Cloudflare, for website security, and Resend, for delivering our emails.
  • The product manufacturer and installation partners, where needed to supply, install or service your system.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it, for example to tax or government authorities.

Google user data in our staff app

Our internal staff app (app.wiselifee.com) is used only by Wise Life staff. It uses Google Sign-In to read a staff member's name, email address and profile picture so they can sign in. It uses Google Drive with the limited "drive.file" permission to create and update customer record folders and documents in our company Drive. It can only see files it created itself, and it cannot read anything else in that Drive.

Data from Google is used only to provide these features. It is not sold, not used for advertising and not used to train AI models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Where your data is kept

Our main systems are hosted on servers we control. Some service providers, such as Google and Cloudflare, may process data outside India. When they do, it stays under their security commitments and is handled as Indian law permits.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become orders: up to 12 months after our last contact.
  • Customer, order and invoice records: for as long as your system is under warranty or service with us, and as long as tax and accounting law requires.
  • Call recordings and their analysis: only as long as needed for quality and training, and then deleted.

How we protect it

Access is limited to staff who need it. Data is encrypted in transit, backups are encrypted, and our systems are protected by sign-in controls and security monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects you we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected, completed or updated, have it erased when it is no longer needed, withdraw your consent at any time, and nominate someone to act for you. To do any of these, write to hello@wiselifee.com. We will reply within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before, and we may keep records the law requires us to keep. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell customers about important changes.
